Roach Pittis Solicitors was founded in 1873 and is one of the Isle of Wight’s leading solicitors, providing a full range of services for businesses and private clients. The practice has seven partners and runs approximately 30 PCs.

The Issue

The firm used to have a contract with a mainland company for IT support, but Roach Pittis found it more expensive and the service level unsatisfactory.

Cemoc Solution

Roach Pittis signed a Total System Support contract to manage the network hardware. Cemoc have also installed a new Dell PowerEdge server running Microsoft Small Business Server with improved anti-virus and back-up system, and installed new network hardware.

Results

Since signing a Total System Support contract with Cemoc in 2007, Roach Pittis now has a faster and more robust system that gives the firm the capacity and security it needs. The company has been very happy with the support they have received.
