Hanover Aviation is a specialist in air cargo logistics. Formed in 1984, the company has specific expertise in crisis response, humanitarian aid, valuable and vulnerable cargo.

The Issue

The company had used a Home Counties systems support provider, but found the service expensive as they were paying for services they didn’t need.

Cemoc Solution

Hanover Aviation signed a Cemoc Total System Support contract in 2009. Cemoc have reconfigured the existing server to provide Hanover Aviation with their own Small Business network including a robust backup solution. More recently, anti-virus and anti-spyware solutions have been consolidated to one solution by Cemoc.

Results
